Make an application

Every Parent(s)/Carer(s) must ensure that they complete the Local Authority Common Application Form (CAF) if they wish to apply for a place at Stockwell Park High School. Please ensure that Stockwell Park High School is clearly listed as one of the preferred schools on the CAF.

In addition to the CAF, parent(s)/carer(s) must complete and return to the school a Supplementary Information Form. A copy of this Supplementary Information Form can be downloaded by clicking here.
